Join Our Team for the 2024 NKF CT Walk Sept. 15

Since Dylan has received his second transplant, this year’s walk is really important to us all. Below, I’ve provided the link to the NKF Connecticut Kidney Walk. It takes place Sunday, September 15th, 9:00 AM, at Hubbard Park in Meriden, CT.
