Homeward Bound
Dylan was discharged Sunday afternoon and was very happy to be heading home. The transplant team sent him off with a good report and a bag full of medication. Monday morning he was back to Yale for the first of many "clinic" appointments. His first stop is the lab for blood draws and urine samples. Then upstairs to meet with doctors, nurses and dietitian. Yale will continue to monitor his progress twice a week for the next month and then once a week.
Dylan’s a happy camper on his way home.
