If you live near Meriden and would like to walk with us, please click the “Registration” button and follow the prompts. Be sure to join our team “Dylan’s Journey”. If you can’t join us for the walk please consider the donation button. No amount is too little. Remember to select “Team” as the recipient and type “Dylan’s Journey” in the search bar. You can trust that the NKF will put our funds to work on kidney disease research, donor/recipient advocacy, and patient care.
Since Dylan is back on the transplant list, this year’s walk is really important to us all. Below, I’ve provided the link to the NKF Connecticut Kidney Walk. It takes place Sunday, October 1st, 9:00 AM, at Hubbard Park in Meriden, CT.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
