We are beyond grateful for all of you supporting Dylan’s Journey and the National Kidney Foundation. The CT Kidney Walk was a huge success. Mother Nature even cooperated by turning off the faucet and bringing out the sun! Fall colors were beginning to show at Hubbard Park as the sun warmed up the path around Mirror Lake. The vendors in attendance provided information on their services along with some useful SWAG.
